Surprised in the best way!

The staff was great, and the food selection was delicious with generous portions. I particularly appreciated the excellent pool area, a great spot for relaxation. The room was clean, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. I would happily choose this place again.

The food always plenty of choice and taken care of. The location is excellent 5min from the beach.

There are no real things, that were not ok.

this was thw 3rd visit to the hotel,it should be a 4 star,it is a clean place and i brilliant ,place to stay,the food is great and every thing else,top marks.

great service but chilly pools

The staff excelled in providing really good service, always eager to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions. I appreciated the clean rooms that were well-maintained throughout my stay. The heated indoor pool was a nice touch. The generous breakfast selection added to my pleasant mornings.

The outdoor pools were quite cold .

Great looking hotel with professional personnel from the maid to the bar staff to the Manager. Brand-new room, very comfy beds, lovely pool. Magnificent and unbeatable location just a short walk away from an urban public beach. Positioned in the good area.

The large pool area was a perfect spot to relax, and the personalized birthday greeting in our room made my celebration special.

I liked the fact that you could leave things in your room and know that they would still be there when you got back. The cleaning service was second to none. The meals were very good and the staff on reception very helpful. Miguel who was on reception on the night we arrived was exceptionally nice.

I liked everything about the Pueblo, most especially the large airy room, beautiful bathroom and excellent food. I would definitely stay here again as I found it on the doorstep for the nightlife, the beach and the shops.

The room was absoolutely tiny, barely enough space for my, if you can call it luggage, and I was refused entry for dinner due to the bizarre requirement of returning to my room for a piece of paper. One would think that some preferential treatment woudl ve been in order, but alas, I was treated like any regular guest. Just couldn't recommend.

The breakfast is traditional and very good with up grading best meal and the streaky bacon, had everything you could imagine.

Views are not so good.

For the price paid the hotel was good value for money. The restaurant was always busy with an ambience like a factory canteen but the food was plentiful and tasty and the staff gave excellent service. The hotel was well positioned to visit all the attractions of Benidorm in a good area and had a car park too (essential in Benidorm) The short holiday was good fun the hotel excellent value. The 3 swimming pools were well appointed with plenty of sun loungers and with nice gardens and palm trees very relaxing!

The room was too small - the walls were too thin and it was very noisy at night with people coming back to the hotel at 2am or 3 am in the morning banging doors and shouting. There were no facilities to make a drink in the room which is poor and the refrigerator which was supposed to be in the room had been removed. The balcony was tiny and a struggle for two people to sit side by side.

Absolutely loved this hotel! So friendly and clean, such a perfect family getaway.

excellent alround service

hotel was great i traveled with two teenager and a 5 yr old even though the weather was hot the outside pool was still to cold due to the time of the year so the indoor pool was great the food was impressive even a very fussy 5 yr old enjoyed it i would stay at this hotel again even the staff were excellent very helpful and always smiling they were a credit to the hotel. it is also right in the centre of benidorm so everything is within a few minutes walk..

the air conditioning was not very good it wasnt much of a problem when we were there however it would be a problem in really hot weather,
